When a power failure is detected, the GXT5 Lithium-Ion UPS immediately switches to battery backup. You can secure your most valuable assets with an output power factor (PF) of 0.9 or above and zero transfer time when operating on battery. The rack-to-tower conversion capability of the Vertiv Liebert GXT5 Lithium-Ion UPS makes it perfect for edge or distributed IT applications with limited floor space. It is a set-it-and-forget-it solution that is excellent for remote sites with limited onsite technical staff. The standard 5-year warranty on the Liebert GXT5 Lithium-Ion provides peace of mind that your investment is protected against potentially expensive equipment failures while achieving the lowest total cost of ownership over the lifetime of the UPS due to fewer battery replacements and up to 10 years of usable life. Hot-swappable, user-replaceable batteries extend the life of an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) by allowing you to replace the batteries without interrupting power to connected devices. Compared to VRLA batteries, lithium-ion battery technology provides superior performance in high-temperature environments, up to 10 times more discharge cycles, and faster recharge times.
