Our first day of business was on the 1st of May 2010. Since then, we have consistently provided our services and expertise to clients across the UK and Europe. Secure Power entered the market to offer an entirely brand agnostic approach. This allows our customers to receive the best suited backup power solutions available.

Unlike other UPS & generator suppliers in the marketplace, we look in-depth at what our customer requires, on both a hardware and software level. Not only are we suppliers, but we are also one of the leading UPS and Generator Maintenance providers in the UK.

Due to continued growth and success, we invested in our very own demo room to showcase the hardware our manufacturing partners offer. We regularly provide software demonstrations ensuring our customers are fully equipped with the correct knowledge required to use their critical infrastructure safely and efficiently.

Our First Project

Our first project came to fruition in August 2010. This was for a Leeds based health service charity who required a UPS solution for their new comms room. After providing a free site survey which analysed the supply, installation and ongoing maintenance of the UPS, we provided our client with a range of options and recommendations.

The client was happy with the recommendation and decided to place on order with Secure Power. This relationship is one we have managed to maintain from 2010, and it is still ongoing today. The positive relationships we have with our clients will always remain at the forefront of everything we do at Secure Power, alongside our core values of reliability, honesty, integrity and exceptional service.

Our Growth

Over the last 10 years, we have been recognised as the quickest growing, backup power supplier in the UK and have received accolades within the business community. In 2011 we were awarded ‘Best Business Using IT/ Technology’ at the Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber Business Awards.

At that same ceremony, our Managing Director Jonathan Morley also took home the ‘Young Entrepreneur of the Year’ award.

Moving Forward

As of 2020, Secure Power is in a strong position in the UK market, with plans to expand and open an office in Europe in the next 18 months. With our unique offerings such as ‘Rackmount Fire Suppression’, ‘Financed Managed Services’ and ‘Energy Saving Products’, we aim to revolutionise the market.
