The FHC series was created by FIAMM using their advanced grid alloy technology to handle applications requiring frequent charging and discharging of the battery. These demands can harm standard batteries that are subjected to excessive cyclic duty. PSOC (Partial State Of Charge) operation is enabled by the carbon and expander additives on the negative plate. The FHC series features a front terminal design and is compatible with conventional 19" and 23" racks and cabinets. This design facilitates accessibility during routine visual checks. Internally, microporous separators of exceptional quality are utilised to regulate recombination currents and prevent thermal runaway. The exterior is made of UL94 V0 compliant ABS-PC plastic that is flame retardant (LOI greater than 28 per cent) - this ensures a high level of safety and outstanding thermal stability to prevent case bulging. The FHC range is built on proven VRLA technology and is 99 pe rcent recyclable at the end of its useful life.The battery is maintenance-free and does not require frequent electrolyte replenishment. The assortment is nonhazardous and can be carried via road, rail, or air.
