Spotlight: Account Manager, Andrew Bestwick
Secure Power’s continued business success has led to the company’s latest recruitment drive, which most recently appointed Andrew Bestwick as its newest account manager.
Andrew has previously worked in similar roles, managing a portfolio of different sized accounts. His main priorities have been to identify new business opportunities whilst developing existing client accounts through either face-to-face meetings or on the phone – objectives he will continue to maintain with Secure Power.
Keen to grow his technical knowledge of the UPS industry, Andrew turned down other employment offers that were presented to him. “Secure Power focuses on what it knows best and has a wealth of experience to bring to the table,” said Andrew. “This, combined with the company’s vision for the future, made me very comfortable in my choice to join the business.”
Recognised for their inclusivity and support, the Secure Power team has been on hand to help Andrew navigate his way around the new system. “The team is great! I feel I’ve put on them a little, but they have really helped me to settle in and included me as a valued part of the group,” he commented.
Outside the office, Andrew loves to garden and can regularly be found tending to his well-established vegetable patch and the grounds around his home. His love of the outdoors will often see him venture out walking his dogs in the local fields or discovering new untrodden paths. He is also a collector of anything old and retro, boasting a large collection of toys and computer systems from the 1980’s through to 2000. Whether he can get any of them to work however is another story!
