As you will know, the world is currently going through a global pandemic and we are now living in unprecedented times of change. With the rapid spread of COVID-19, we are seeing an economic downturn, however, we’d like to reassure our customers that we are operating as usual with respect to government guidelines. 

We would like to make our customers, partners and communities aware of how we are reacting to COVID-19. Here at Secure Power, we understand how critical it is to keep your power infrastructure running as smoothly as possible and we also know how detrimental power loss can be to a business, which is why we are doing everything within our power to support all of your business needs. 

Secure Power is committed to delivering only the best services and products in the industry, whilst keeping our customers, clients and communities connected. We understand that the current climate brings about feelings of uncertainty to a lot of businesses out there, but we are here to ensure your power stays firmly on. 

Adhering to government guidelines is of top priority, as well as the health and safety of all of our employees, therefore we have introduced remote working where possible. This does in no way affect the operation of our business, services are still operating as usual. Not only does our contingency plan cover the physical health of our employees, we have also distributed mental health awareness packs and support for those struggling at this time. We will also be releasing a series of webinars on UPS training for all of our customers and communities very shortly, please check our social platforms for more information.

We understand that many people are currently transitioning to remote working, therefore it is vital we can continue to respond and meet our customers requirements in keeping a remote workforce online and the power on.
